Temporary Data Entry Clerk

TruShield Security Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a TEMPORARY Data Entry Clerk to compile and post customer data into Salesforce and Marketo. The candidate will have working knowledge of general office functions and be proficient in MS Word and CRM software, specifically within Salesforce.

Responsibilities include:

  • Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file
  • Performing searches on websites for information
  • Entering information into specific fields in Salesforce and Marketo databases
  • Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Keeping records of tasks, files, and progress


  • Prior data entry experience
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.

  • Previous related office experience is a plus
  • VERY strong organizational and communication skills (we need a CAN DO attitude who can get the job done with minimal supervision)
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling
  • Experience with internet and search engines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High level of computer skills working with CRM Salesforce is a plus.
